Tune up

No one likes to live a lie. It’s difficult to feel good about yourself or trust others when we lie. I like to give myself a tune-up every now and then and spend a little time exercising my inner self. The why’s and what’s of everything that goes on inside. Sometimes we can get all mucked up. So what about those moments, when we find speaking the truth difficult. Those times happen to me too. I find though that if I mess up, I reap the consequences. Being dishonest about how we feel always messes with the relationships we hold dear. Now depending upon what the issue is, how we are feeling, what triggers we might be struggling with can affect our outlook on how easy being honest is. Let me tell you that being vulnerable doesn’t have to feel threatening, we just have to be focused on being courageous and wise – and then let that help us to be honest.

Speaking from the heart frees us from secrets that turn into heavy burdens. Those burdens kept cause a weakening of our immune system, as it’s been proven that fear and anxiety are behind at least 15 or more different diseases. Speak the truth, get clarity within your soul and live free.
