Anxiety and fear is behind most diseases. Fear and anxiety triggers cortisol which after some process causes cell death.
I do not know when it started for me, all the self rejection and self-hatred, I’m sure as a little girl. We live with it for so long that we think living with these beliefs are normal. When in reality, it has been a strategic lie from the enemy. Fear and anxiety, after a period of time, creates 15 or so different diseases all stemming from our immune system being compromised. Jesus came to give us peace, a peace that surpasses all understanding. Why do we lean to believe the opposite? Why do we believe the lie rather than the truth! Live! I say live in Jesus Name! Choose life and live.
In the name of Jesus and by the precious blood of Jesus I command the spirit of fear and anxiety to leave you. Be broken off you and your life! I speak the peace of Jesus Christ into your life down to your very cells.
Remember, Jesus has work for you to do here. If you die too soon… He is going to ask you why you are there at heaven when he needed you here in your generation. He has work for you to do. Give up the fear… There is nothing God can’t and will not do for you. Get yourself before Him today in gratitude and love and thank Him for the peace, the healing, the goodness He has for you.

Let Go of the Burdens we all know and truly find rest.
For the last several days, I’ve had a gnawing feeling of unsettleness. I’m not sure that is even a word, but it seems to describe perfectly what I feel, you know what I mean when I say this? Lots of thoughts swirling in my head that are counterproductive and even though I knew it was, I couldn’t pull myself out of it. Well this morning, a friend reached out to me reminding me that I am loved and supported. Just this simple act meant so much to me and changed the course of my downward spiral. As I pondered this… I remembered an important concept I truly understood not to long ago.
“Let go and just be”
What does this mean? The Lord teaches us to honor the Sabbath day. What He is saying to us is to rest in HIM! When we try to do only what He can do, we get stressed, worried… this leads to dissatisfaction, discouragement, discontentment and confusion. We only find rest in Him. Jesus says “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Matt 11:28. When we try to do things in our own might, we have lost our rest in Him. We have lost our Sabbath day. I was trying to do things in my own might and just yesterday I said to my daughter that I felt like I was not busy enough. Those words were a clue, but I didn’t get it till today.
I hope this encourages you as it has me. Let go and find your rest. Release the burden of being someone you are not.You are loved!!! xoxo
Is this the BEST marriage proposal in History? I couldn’t say, but I would say YES!!
A Portland actor Isaac Lamb wanted to propose to his special girl, Amy Frankel. He and 60 other people – family and friends helped him make his proposal unique, unforgettable and endearing! All of them lip-dubbed to the song as they danced giving the undeniable message from Isaac, “I want to marry you”
Isaac – On Wednesday, May 23rd, 2012, I told my girlfriend to meet me at my parent’s house for dinner. When she arrived I had stationed my brother to sit her in the back of an open Honda CRV and give her some headphones. He “wanted to play her a song”…
What she got instead was the world’s first Live Lip-Dub Proposal.
I loved it! LOVE LOVE LOVED it!! And his future wife, Amy Frankel enjoyed it as well. She said YES!!!
Pride is one of the worst sins we can allow in our heart. God can’t live with sin or with pride. That’s why He threw Lucifer out of heaven. He literally resists us when we are in pride. Where does pride come from? It comes from the devil. He knows how to sneak it into us. When it’s a thought – this is temptation. The sin comes when we’ve moved past the thought into the action of pride. How do we know when pride is in our hearts? Pride is sneaky, it starts of with a thought that seems harmless and before you know it you’re all bowed up thinking what a loser someone is. An easy way to tell if you’ve entertained a proud or judgmental thought is the hardness and or lack of compassion you feel towards someone or a situation. You know what I’m talking about, right? It’s when you’re thinking about a family member or co-worker and you’ve got nothing nice to think. Matter of fact, you begin to grumble and find fault. This is pride. Do I do this? Of course I have. I have to continually watch myself. It’s getting truly exciting tho, as I watch this area getting stronger as I exercise it more and more and only by the grace of God can I overcome it!
God resists the proud!
Do you want God to resist you?
My girlfriend asked me this question and I’ll tell you, it struck a nerve with me. Of course NOT I told her.
Get your heart right with Jesus, every time you see pride. One week in particular, I remember feeling like I was prostrating myself so much before God asking for forgiveness, I thought I shouldn’t bother getting up. I just didn’t seem to go for long before I found myself all bowed up in pride again. Those judgmental condemning thoughts are straight from hell. Oh do I need God’s grace in every area of my life. He promises that in His strength I will be able to stay humble before Him. Lean into Him darling, lean into Him!!!
Have a really great week and keep careful watch over your spiritual heart. I want you to be blessed, not cursed or resisted.

Accept who you are and make the needed adjustments to speed you on your way!
The kind old woman asked me, “If you could change anyone in the world, who would you change?” I sat in silence and looked at her, contemplating the depth of her question. “I would and can only change me. Is that right” I asked. She said “That is right child. The world changes because we are the singular catalyst to it’s change. Everyone thinks of changing the world, but no one thinks of changing themselves. Powerful change starts with us”
Spirits of the Other Kingdom and Pride
You know about the devils kingdom and all the spirits. Pride is the biggest and most dangerous spirit and many of us have that spirit niggling us constantly. Therefore we are always bowing up and can’t humble to hear anyone.
The other thing to know is that when people allow this pride spirit to manifest so strongly, they are injured and use pride as a shield to protect against seeing fault with oneself. People may feel so horrible about themselves, but will never admit it because to them that means more failure.
James 4:6 God resists us when we’re in pride. Do we want God resisting us?
It’s important to understand how Jesus see’s us and replace the lies we believe with the Truth. When we are growing and healing it’s necessary to look at our behaviors, our motives and our attitudes with complete honesty. This is where many who fall into the category I just talked about stumble and fall. Looking at the wrongness in us is not trying to find fault but attempting to correct what is broken. Let me give you a word picture. We are on a boat and the boat springs a leak. If we ignore this leak, we will sink. We must look at it, even in spite of our fear and make the necessary amends to fix that hole! To see the hole doesn’t mean the boat is a bad boat, it just means it’s broke and needs fixing. We usually don’t throw out our car when it has engine trouble do we? No we don’t. So it’s important to have that same mentality when it comes to ourselves. “I must get this car fixed so I can drive it places. I’ve got people to see, work to accomplish and things to do”. Amen and amen, it’s the same with us. Let’s not drive us around in a broken state.
